ABOUT US

Welcome To NeuroSetu Neurophysiotherapy

NeuroSetu | Personalised Home Neurorehabilitation

NeuroSetu is a specialised home neurorehabilitation practice dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful improvements in movement, function and independence following neurological conditions.

Led by Vaishnavi Vesavkar, MPT, MSc, BPT, a Neurophysiotherapist with dual postgraduate training in neurological rehabilitation, NeuroSetu combines clinical expertise with evidence based practice and a person centred approach.

Every rehabilitation programme is designed around the individual’s clinical presentation, functional goals, lifestyle and priorities. Treatment focuses on translating therapeutic gains into meaningful everyday activities through targeted movement practice, task specific training and progressive rehabilitation.

NeuroSetu provides rehabilitation for individuals living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, cerebellar and other neurological conditions. Rehabilitation may include gait and balance training, strength and mobility, coordination and motor control, and functional task practice.

Our philosophy is that rehabilitation should extend beyond improving movement. It should support confidence, participation and greater independence in everyday life.

At NeuroSetu, we work with each individual to understand where they are today, identify what matters most to them and build a meaningful pathway towards their goals.

NeuroSetu
Rebuild. Regain. Rediscover.
